By accessing, browsing, or utilizing this website, or by approving a formal project proposal issued by AV DESIGNS, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website and services immediately.
AV DESIGNS provides professional creative services including brand identity, custom website design, software/app development, search engine optimization, content production, and digital marketing. Each engagement is governed by a defined project proposal, statement of work (SOW), or retainer agreement specifying deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
You agree to utilize this website exclusively for legitimate purposes. You must not:
Agency Property: The AV DESIGNS brand name, logo, proprietary frameworks, custom tooling, website UI layouts, and blog content remain the exclusive intellectual property of AV DESIGNS.
Client Deliverables: Upon full and final settlement of all agreed project invoices, all custom creative deliverables (including custom logos, brand assets, and custom-written web source code created specifically for the project) transfer completely to the client for unrestricted commercial use.
Unless otherwise documented in a signed project agreement, custom projects initiate upon receipt of an agreed mobilization deposit (typically 50%). Milestone or balance payments are due upon milestone review or deployment. Invoices are payable within 7 calendar days of issuance.
We treat all client proprietary information, strategic business models, and trade secrets with absolute confidentiality. AV DESIGNS readily executes mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to reviewing proprietary project documentation.
We pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship and perform rigorous cross-browser and responsive QA testing on all web assets. However, AV DESIGNS shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server outages, third-party software updates, or unauthorized modifications made to delivered source code by external parties.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of project engagements shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of India, under the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Kannur, Kerala, India.
